You can gain access by entering your Türk Telekom DSL User name and Password. Prior to that, you can download Open Mobile   clicking here .

Devices and platforms that you can operate Open Mobile connection software are as follows: Windows, Mac, iPhone/iPad and Android OS smart devices.

How will Türk Telekom WiFi  Abroad be reflected on my bill?

Türk Telekom WiFi Abroad will be seen as a separate item on your bill as Türk Telekom WiFi Yurtdışı Erişim" (Türk Telekom WiFi International Access ).

If I cancel the service in the middle of the month, do I receive any compensation?

There is no partial access fee calculation for the service. If you use the service and want to cancel it in the middle of the month, service fee for the whole month will still be reflected on your bill.

If I started to use the service in the middle of the month how much money would be reflected to the bill?

There is no partial access fee calculation for the service. For this reason, even if you start to use the service in the middle of the month and use it, service fee for the whole month will still be reflected on your bill.

Is there any limitation to the packages that I can buy?

Each customer can buy 1 package within 1 month.

Will I start to pay when I subscribe or when I start to use?

Subscription for Türk Telekom WiFi Abroad is completely free of charge. Unless you use the service, you don’t make any payment. You will be billed only for the month you use the service.

If I use the service on the last day of the month and the first day of the following month, how much money will be reflected on my bill?

Fee for every month that the service is used is billed. For the months that no usage exists there will be no charge.

Can I connect to Türk Telekom WiFi service by iPass Open Mobile app in Turkey?

You cannot connect to Türk Telekom WiFi service by iPass Open Mobile app in Turkey.

iPass Open Mobile app is trying to connect Türk Telekom WiFi automatically, but it cannot connect. Why is that?

If you are a Türk Telekom Subscriber, it is advised you to turn off the Auto-Login feature while you are in Turkey. You may turn the feature off from Settings/Account Settings/My Setting tab. Otherwise, the app will try to automatically connect to Türk Telekom WiFi network, but it won’t succeed because of the app doesn’t have the permission for Türk Telekom Subscribers.
